The repair team (2) arrived about half-way through the expected time window, quickly diagnosed the repair required (replace fridge/freezer fan motor), did it with a spare that they carried and departed after checking that we were happy with the work done. They were very polite, left everything clean and tidy and were very efficient. I was slightly surprised at the cost of the replacement until I checked on line and confirmed that they’d used the like-for-like one recommended rather than cheap alternatives.
Jordan arrived on time and soon sorted out the problem with my fridge/freezer. Work was quickly carried out. Very pleased with the repair.
