Excellent service easy to book appointment for fault diagnosis/ repair . NAC confirmed when engineer, Nathan, would attend which was reconfirmed with time slot .this was backed up with Nathan making contact with his ETA. price for call out and diagnosis was as stated . Follow up visit was for fitment of the new parts required which were paid for prior to their order. There were no additional costs for an engineer to reattend and fit the parts.
I was pleased to see the same engineer, Nathan,to fit the new parts. The parts were for an AEG built in oven with all the
‘bells and whistles’ these appliances now have. I would not hesitate in using NAC again if needed .thanks again NEC and Nathan.
