Engineer arrived on time, got straight down to replacing my freezer door and he was gone after about an hour. Cleaned up after himself. He was friendly, efficient, a credit to his company. Will use NAC AGAIN.

I booked an Engineer to repair our washing machine and was able to pick the day. They gave a time slot in the morning which they stuck too. The engineer was very competent and friendly and resolved the problem within 90 minutes. The price was as stated before he arrived. All in all a great service and would recommend it to others

Quick turnaround from my initial phone call until the engineer arrived was reassuring (especially as there was an associated water leak) – unfortunately the issue meant we needed a new appliance but having a specialist washing machine repairer rather than a plumber meant the issue was identified straight away (foreign object in the drum had created a hole within the machine body!?) and we could get a working washer again asap. Has cost us a bit but ultimately could have been far worse had the diagnosis not been made straight away
Engineer turned up within the specified time window, we discussed options for the repair and agreed a way forwar. The engineer was very tidy and took care of both the kitchen and oven durin gthe repair and cleared up afterwards.
