Made a booking with NAC,upright freezer making strange noise 6/09/20 23,that same evening received ,call from engineer named Dylan who made appointment for following day.Dylan arrived at stated time, found the problem,fan heavily iced up.It took some time for Dylan to defrost, he was very patient & did an excellent job.5 stars to NAC& Dylan, would highly recommend
