Engineer arrive on time after text message. Dan was very friendly and professional explaining the technicalities of the problem. Unfortunately the problem could not be resolved but Dan advised me on the possible best replacement.

A quick call and within two days the engineer was out to fix our washing machine, not only did he fix the issue he showed me how to reset the tumble dryer part of the machine and also a quick fix on my cooker while he was here.

The engineer made contact to ask to come a day early that was great. He was friendly and provided a great service. This is the third time this company has been used by myself and two other people I know. I would be happy to use them again instead of those useless insurance companies.
Engineer turned up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. As it was a ten year old Miele dishwasher, the cost for spare parts made a repair uneconomic. So we’ve bought a new Bosch instead!
Next day response. Impressed by engineer. He was competent, polite, helpful and articulate.
