Great response. The rep got back to me very soon after my initial message, set up a time to come out within 24 hours, and came on time. He assessed the problem, and although our old fridge was beyond repair, we appreciated knowing what had happened, and the good advice about what to do.

Very professional from booking appointment to engineer turning up and fixing problem.

Repair tech was honest and thorough about us likely having to obtain a new washing machine. The connections were working loose, possibly due to a electronic board problem or weak dampers which meant the machine was moving around too much. All very expensive fixes for a 13 year old machine.

He got it running and it worked for two loads, so job done. However, the same fault occurred during a third load and so we purchased a new one pursuant to his advice.

We had arranged a Thursday, visit as opposed to a Wednesday visit suggested by the repair tech, but he showed up Wednesday anyway. Luckily, I was home so harm done, and I would definitely want this repair tech to visit for any future appliance problems.

Great professional work carried out easy to book appointment explained everything step by step will definitely recommend to friends and family no messing about great job will use NAC repairs again in the future keep up the good work.
