The engineer was on time, very clued up about my model of oven and efficient. Unfortunately at 23 years old my oven was well past its sell by date and too costly to repair so we have had to buy a new one. Hope this one will last another 20 years .

Prompt work, effective repair, pleasant staff in person and on phone.
Booked in, next day they came and checked my fridge. Could have re-gassed and charged me but suggested not to as my fridge was leaking gas and suggested I replace it and save what I can instead of trying to fix this one. Honest and straight to the point.

I was really pleased with the level of communication and information prior to the visit and the engineer advised me of their arrival time and was polite and curtious. They explained exactly what the fault was and what they had done to remedy it. They also gave me details of how to get in touch if I was unhappy or the problem reoccured.
The experience was excellent because the engineer came on time and he was very polite and friendly. He informed us of all the appliances that your company repars.The engineer assured us that the machine was now working after the repair and told us to get in touch if there was any concerns. We will deffinitely use this service in future and have told our family and friends about the exceptionally friendly and helpful engineer.
