Always a bit sceptical picking a service provider that popped up on Google, but pleased with the response from start to finish.
After reporting my issue online Sunday evening, received contact Monday to confirm my appt for Wed pm (wasn’t urgent).
Attended in line with promise for diagnosis (faulty heating element).
Part required so further visit arranged for following week (majority of oven still working so didn’t require urgent attendance).
Re attended within promised timescale, replaced part quickly and without fuss or mess.

I phoned to arrange someone to fix my dishwasher. I was given a date and time, which was kept. Simon came and sorted the problem straight away. He was very professional and polite. I can recommend this company to others.

I was pleased to quickly get a call back following my request for an appliance repair & to have an engineer visit the following day. Gary, the engineer, kept me updated on his eta. When he arrived he was chatty & friendly, he quickly identified the problem &, when he couldn’t find a replacement part he searched for an alternative solution. I’m still waiting, a week later, to hear when the part will be fitted but Gary did leave the washing machine still working with a method for us to change programmes, lack of which was the original problem.

The guy who came out was very knowledgeable and gave us sound advice after fixing the fault.
We had a non- working grill that we had put off fixing as we had read it was expensive due to the difficulties of removing the damaged part and fitting the new one. However after 1.5 years of no cheese on toast, enough was enough. I contacted NAC who called to assess the work within a couple of days. The new part was fitted within a week, it only took that long due to our unavailability. An excellent service from start to finish😁
