The visit of your technician was a very positive one. He got in touch the night before and turned up on time. He resolved the problem with my washing machine very quickly and then spent time testing to ensure the machine was functioning correct and was not leaking. Excellent service from the service engineer Nathan. Attended the 1st day we reported the fault and returned with a replacement part a few days later. Call out fee inc labour and the part was extra which we expected. Nice tidy job couldnt have had better service from Nathan.
