Our built in oven had been faulty and called NAC in early January. Engineer Christopher came out promptly and within the estimated time. Required a new element for oven and same engineer came back within a few days to fit the necessary part. Really happy with service and reliability from NAC. Would highly recommend.
Fast response with engineer booked in within days. Great communication. Engineer had an excellent manner. Very happy – especially since I now don’t have to do the dishes by hand!

They came out very quickly kept me informed of arrival.
The only criticism I had was the cost.
Fortunately I didn’t need anything doing the problem had resolved itself, so £96 for nothing was a bit steep for 10 minutes. I appreciate I wouldn’t have had to pay more if it had been a long job but maybe some discretion could be used.

The man still came late afternoon on Christmas eve!! thought he wouldn’t come now, everything seemed alright, so very grateful, machine has been all right since, still pleased he came.
