The chap called me first thing in the morning after sending a request the night before and we arranged a date. He was there bang on time and identified the problem within minutes. I needed part and this was ordered then and there. Could recommend Robert highly enough.

Terry came and checked out our cooker, he said he would need to order a part which he did. He came back a few days later and completed the job. All to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the service.

Great communication. Repair happened a day earlier than expected as repairman contacted us to say in area and had time to complete our job.
