NAC have a good system – named engineer, Christopher Harper, came to look at my double oven and identified what spare parts it needed; I could order them through their site and when they came in could book for the same engineer to come back and fit them. All for a fixed price. Booking system confirms the night before that you are remembering and will be in and then you get a window of time and later a text to say engineer on his way.

I was devastated when my washer came up with a fault. In over 10 yrs of owning my Miele, the fault code only ever came up when fluff built up. I called Miele in our area which came u dear NAC and an engineer was sent out to us and gave his report. I made the decision to have it repaired as, if I went for a new washer other than Miele it wouldn’t last a year. Once the parts arrived, I was up and running again. Thank you Danny and NAC.
