Clear and transparent explanation of pricing when I called NAC , Ben the engineer was able to call the same afternoon and having diagnosed the problem with our Miele tumble dryer , order the parts needed . He returned later the same week to fit the parts. Ben was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, all visits were exactly within the timeframes promised by NAC .
