Found the fault straight away and repaired it ,then checked the rest of the cooker hob to make sure everything was fine and working.

Rang NAC about a fridge freezer repair, they put me in touch with an engineer in my area who was available the next day. He rang me and was able to attend that morning! He sorted out our problem quickly and thoroughly. He was both friendly and polite.

NAC, is a great company had them out to fix are dishwasher. Kept us informed at all times by text or by phone the engineer did the same. Great fixed price too
The engineer called us early on the day of repair and said he would be with us after 3pm. He arrived just after 3.
He was very polite and professional and repaired our cooker in no time saving us a lot of money at the same time.
He thoroughly tested the cooker and left after we paid for the service.

Your office took all the details that the engineer would need on the telephone in advance and he was able to quickly check this off when he arrived. He was very efficient and thorough. We are delighted that our old machine is now working well and running smoothly.
