Very accommodating. Decided not to proceed with repairs as washing machine was old . New machine arrived quickly and was installed same day Old machine was removed.
Identified the potential fault and ordered the parts. Upon his return advised he would not charge for the parts if the fix didn’t work. Fortunately the fix worked and I was happy with the final cost for the repair
