Arrived promptly, on time, identified failures on both machines. We agreed he should fix the Bosche and we’d bin the Miele. He was a day late getting a new wash pump but that was OK – he called us to update and duly came and fitted the pump. We have silence again.
The fault was quickly found and rectified and the service was excellent

The service with NAC was very good, the engineer arrived on time given and did a good job of taking the machine out to find the problem and explaining the fault that was repairable but could possibly only last a short time or maybe a year, there was no a guarantee of how long it would last. A new machine in my mind would possibly be the best option.

I would fully recommend this firm. The response time was excellent with next day visit from the engineer. I had to wait for a spare part but it was all completed very quickly and efficiently within a few days.
