This is the first time I have used NAC but from start to finish I have received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hayden our engineer was polite professional and very quick to identify the issue with my Range Master cooker/induction hob. I would 100% recommend this company.

As soon as I phoned NAC the advisor was very helpful and explained the process fully. I received an email within minutes confirming when the engineer would call and explained that another email would follow to give me a time scale. The engineer, Greg, arrived exactly on time and soon found out the problem. He explained that the parts would have to be ordered. I received another email telling me when he would arrive with the parts and again bang on time and job completed. Would definitely recommend this company.
