Careful diagnosis of the fault described, immediate confirmation by email and text, early contact from engineer to book the appointment for the following day. Shane arrived on time, was knowledgeable and efficient and fixed the problem quickly. I was very pleased with the whole process and will recommend to others.

I was having an intermittent problem with my grundig tumble dryer where some days it simply would not work. I followed the troubleshooting guidance-that didn’t help. Tried online guidance that didn’t really help either but the online assistant did recommend NAC. NAC sent a local engineer within a few days. The machine was behaving itself on the day of appointment so I was bit worried the engineer wouldn’t be able to diagnose the problem. Daniel turned up on time, very quickly identified the issue and ordered new part. He came back week later to fit it. The call out charge seemed bit steep but actually the service was excellent, the communication about the appointments and the cost of parts was good and the engineer was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. Saved me the cost of a new dryer so I would use this company again and looks like they cover all types of appliances.
