When my dishwasher broke down, I really wasn’t sure where to go, as I was out of warranty. I found NAC repair online, and they seemed to be well received. It was a really easy process – I liked the fact that there was one call out charge no matter how many visits the engineer needed to make for that repair, and being quoted & paying for the part was easy (& reasonable compared to a quick google search I made on the cost of the part). The engineer was great – friendly, professional and arriving within the allotted window. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and would highly recommend.

The engineer sent by NAC (James) was very good and found the cause of two problems with our LG heat pump tumble dryer, one of which required spare parts to be ordered. NAC ordered the parts that day and James returned the following week to complete the repairs. I found NAC to be easy to deal with and they kept me informed of visits and spare parts orders at all times. I would certainly use them again for any future domestic appliance repairs that may be needed.
