The engineer inspected the grill thoroughly and made a diagnosis of the basic problem. He got the grill working ok and made a recommendation regarding a new part. He phoned me later with a price and made an appointment to fit it. All very professional with no pressure.
Responded quickly, came on time, was a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. The repair took a good time but he wasn’t rushed and reassured that he would return if there was a problem. It was costly but effective

The operative was on time, very helpful and efficient. The appliance could not be repaired but he made the cooker safe and advised me about a suitable replacement to match the existing set up.There were no problems with the fee or any hidden extras.I would recommend them.
Engineer came at time agreed, carried out the job quickly and let me know exactly what needed doing. Left the kitchen as he’d found it following the repair and I was very happy with the whole process from booking the job to completion of the work.
Rang about our dishwasher not heating up. They had a very nice engineer come out the next morning and it’s now working perfectly. A brilliant service and a lovely bloke as well. What’s not to like. They’ll be our go to company for all appliance issues from now on. And under £100 😊😊
Arrived on time did a thorough check but sadly our dishwasher was beyond repair. Gave us tips on what to check when buying a new machine. A positive experience and new washer arrives today.

Really simple to book online, the engineer messaged beforehand to ensure he ordered the correct part that was needed to fix my dishwasher. When he arrived he was friendly, courteous and got the job completed nice and quickly. Overall a great experience!
This is a brilliant business they have a simple fee to call out and otherwise just charged for parts. Great value, fixed the problem and came bang on time.
