The engineer although booked for Wednesday was able to come the day before. He as polite and efficient, found the fault and agreed to source the relevant part ( for a Miele induction hob). He rang the following day, the new part would have been very expensive and he recommended a new hob, which we purchased.
Steve was very efficient and helpful and went beyond the requirements of the job to do things for me. He directed me towards my need to seek an electrician to repair the cause of my trouble.He is a good worker.

It was all amazingly quick and easy: spoke to someone straight away, who confirmed our issues and that they could be dealt with. Set up an appointment for the next day, had a phone call from the technician within a couple of hours to set up the time. He arrived next morning and completed everything within an hour. Perfect.
