Called NAC to fix my elderly mothers fridge freezer. Booking an engineer was quick and easy with very friendly service. Less than 48 hours later the engineer arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. They arrived 1 working day later and he came to repair the fridge the next day. His communication was excellent. For the price of the callout fee (£75) plus spares we got a fantastic service, 2 visits and a repaired fridge freezer. I do not consider this excessive for an out of hours service. Throughout the process, which stretches over a weekend, the communication was excellent. I would definitely and without hesitation use NAC again.
