The service man was very helpful. Put everything back in it’s place,, clean an tidy.
Although I didn’t get the messages to tell me what time the service man( Hayden) was arriving!

1st time using NAC.
Web page very easy to use, I received quote and selected a date to suit us.
The engineer arrived within the time given, was polite and explained the problem. Was clean, neat and tidy and appeared to be very happy in his job. ( proud I would say, ) part was ordered, quote given within an hour of engineer leaving, I accepted quote, a week later engineer was back and part fitted, job completed.
In short a brilliant experience, I will not hesitate to recommend this company to other people, I would certainly use again.

About as easy and convenient as these things get. The engineer was lovely and polite.

Contacted them and an engineer was sent out the next day to assess the repair needed to our cooker.within 5 days part replacements were received and repair done. Very efficient service and good prices too.

I booked with NAC to have my fridge freezer repaired. The engineer turned up on time, repaired the freezer and it is now working perfectly. NAC explained the costs and I have not had to pay a penny more. I can highly recommend this company for service and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

So far so good a very nice chap found the fault new motor required and ordered .. our kitchen fitter must do some work as it’s integrated but hopefully get there some time next week …

A quick and efficient response when my oven needed repairing. Danny even had the necessary spare part in his van and was friendly and helpful.

Great service from start to finish. Everything was explained and all costs defined. There were no nasty surprises and our tumble drier was fixed.

Bill was very knowledgeable and great at explaining about what he was checking, what was wrong with my dishwasher and what my options were.

I’d flooded the kitchen & my integrated dishwasher went into safe mode. NAC engineer remedied it, reattached the door handle, rescued my mop head from under the kitchen cupboards. Definitely went above and beyond
