Very happy with the service all round. The engineer visit was the day after my initial call, he sent a text to give me a time slot and arrived promptly. The same happened when he returned to fit the required part and no additional costs. Very happy to use again in the future and will/have already recommended NAC to friends.

Technician arrived on time and explained the situation regarding the compressor on our fridge which was obviously ‘life-expired’. (23 years) Fitting a new one and regassing would cost as much as buying a new model so a new model has been ordered.
