Graeme was excellent. Gave a two hour window in advance. Very knowledgable and was able to diagnose the problem with 10 mins and provide multiple options to resolve the issue. Very pleased, will use again.

Rang and spoke to a lady called Wendy who said the Engineer would ring with a time to come. He rang really quickly and although he couldn’t repair our fridge freezer he was good with communicating and polite.

I was given an appt straightaway having been told what the costs would be. The engineer came out when he said to investigate the fault and returned promptly with the required part to fix the problem.
