It was easy to book the repair. I had a quick response with a day and date which was in good time for me to. I had a call from the engineer to tell me he was on the way. He arrived promptly and carried out the repair quickly and efficiently once he has diagnosed the issue. He gave me a price and the work was completed. He was a lovely person too, very friendly.

Excellent engineer very competent in his operation,he found the fault in a short time.Unfortunately he did not have a replacement part which he will.fit on his return.This is all inclusive in the original call out charge only paying for the renewed element. The Rangemaster is almost 20 years old so now we are back to.normal…..MANY THANKS Paul Dickinson

Clear communication leading up to the visit. Technician arrived on time and do a very thorough and professional job diagnosing the problem with our Rangemaster Range cooker. Parts are required for a second visit. Just great service.
It’s not what he did, which was 5 mins work to get it going, it was his knowledge to do that, and his advice moving forward, was worth every penny
They phoned me to say they couldn’t come out that day and sent me a reminder before they did come out .Jack arrived was very pleasant and stripped my dishwasher down and explained that it needed a new motor and looked up prices and explained that it would be better to buy a new one He kept everything clean as he worked.

Got it touch with NAC to get my fridge freezer doors reversed. They were friendly and helpful, and arranged an engineer to come out to me. Everything was sorted the same day. Very happy

The person who came to check our fridge was excellent. He was friendly and efficient and explained things to us clearly. Sadly, our appliance would cost too much to repair and we’d be better off putting the money for parts into buying a replacement. He gave us lots of useful information to help us choose a new fridge.
