The engineer called to a problem with the fridge department not working but the freezer part was working.
The engineer checked it out and told us that the fridge had frozen its self up because of a door had not closed properly. Switch it off for 24 hrs and restart it. Its back to normal now. Well done.

I rang up in the morning and in the afternoon my dishwasher was working again. No additional parts were required so I paid what was quoted during the initial phone call.

Our Miele dishwasher failed after many years untroubled service. We called NAC who came within 3 days; Nick quickly diagnosed the fault. The replacement parts were expensive but half the cost of buying a new one so we opted for the repair. The parts arrived in good time and Nick has brought our machine back to life. Thank you NAC and Nick, excellent service all round.
