Quick, efficient, flexible & good communication

My Bloomberg oven wasn’t getting to temperature so I googled to find a local engineer. I came across NAC Repair by chance. The operator was helpful and efficient & explained everything to expect. When I would be contacted by an engineer & the flat cost & possible out of pocket costs if parts required. I was told an engineer would contact me & be out the next day which I was happy with. As it happened the engineer contacted me & came that afternoon and even called me half hour before arrival letting me know he was on his way. He was polite & got on with the job. Unfortunately he did not have the part required but ordered it & said he would contact me to install. I paid the flat call out fee & he said there was no further cost to install the new part I just had to pay for that & he then told me the amount of the new part & obviously checked that was ok before going ahead. He contacted me via text once the part was ordered & the expected delivery date. Once the part arrived he called me & we arranged installation which again was the same day. He arrived on time and installed the part & all is now working perfectly.
I have mentioned the service received by NAC Repair to a few people as to be honest this level of service stands out now a days! I couldn’t recommend them more and would highly recommend them to anyone with appliance issues thanks Plamen.

Wonderful service. Engineer Wayne fixed my oven and am now happily baking again. Very impressed with how tidy kitchen was left. Will use this company again and wholeheartedly recommend them for any large kitchen appliance electrical repairs. Brilliant.

The engineer, James Keith, was exceptional in his ability to diagnose the issues, repair and test my built-in microwave, test it and complete the task. This was a complex and difficult task. He had to solve problems and arrive at solutions. He was brilliant and spent almost 2 hours of his own unpaid time to effect the repair. James is without doubt the best engineer I have ever encountered. He simply refused to give up when he needed to adapt solutions and solved every problem. My microwave is as good as new. Only NAC could solve the problem and offered a repair. James Keith must be their best engineer. He could not have been more professional or more efficient. Thank you NAC and especially thank you James!

I would highly recommend NAC for domestic appliance repairs. The technician who attended my dead fridge freezer got to the bottom of the problem in no time at all. He promptly got the faulty part ordered and within a few days returned to install it. Neat and tidy and ver knowledgable. We found our technician friendly as we did NAC as a company. I would also thank James for solving our freezer problem.
