Found this company through Google as needed someone to fix our hob. The service engineer came and it was decided we needed a new part. We were given a quotation by email and we were given the option to proceed or not so decided to proceed. We waited a few days and were informed that the part had arrived and the engineer appointment was made. The engineer came yesterday and fitted the new part and got the hob working. The engineer, Wez, was very pleasant and talked us through everything at both appointments. All in all a very good experience with this company.

5 stars for NAC. Everything in the whole process, from the initial call about the repair to the actual fix, was easy, quick, efficient, polite and well-handled, and well communicated. Rang up when fridge freezer wasnt work properly. The phone was answered quickly. Engineer was scheduled for next day and was advised I would get a text later in evening with time slot and could press ‘Y’ to confirm or ‘N’ to cancel or reschedule. Engineer was on time and polite, identified the fault and did temporary fix until part could be ordered. Within the hour of engineering leaving I received text and email with price of new part and given the choice to accept or decline. New part arrived within a few days, received text and email with day of engineers call, and later the day was text time slot. Really impressed. Cannot fault NAC. Would recommend.

Truly a 5 star service! My washing machine wasn’t working and I only got round to requesting an engineer visit at 10pm. I received an email straight back saying an engineer would be out the next day between 11-2. He arrived at 11.15 and fixed my machine within 20 mins !

Fantastic service. Booked a call out at 10:35am service engineer visited and resolved the problem by 11:30am. I was dealt with very professionally on the original call and the engineer was polite and professional. The call out charge was in line with local call out charges. Very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Engineer Nick Murray was efficient, knowledgeable, punctual and polite. Fridge door was repaired in no time. No trouble with few inquiries. Very friendly. Service with a smile! Will be using NAC again in the future.

Fast telephone answering. Excellent customer service advisor. Prompt attendance next day by Engineer ‘Wez’ – a total professional and very personable guy. He carried out a temporary repair to our retractable Neff oven door as replacement parts were necessary. Obtained within 2 working days. Wez returned and quickly completed the repair to the highest standards job is now complete. Great job – Many Thanks.
