Very happy with the quick service we received. Didn’t have to wait ages for an engineer to come out. He came within 3days of us booking an appointment.
Our problem was resolved on the day, there was no need for any parts to be ordered, and there no need for an engineer to return. Just had to keep an eye on our appliance for 24 hours.
Still in working order. Very happy and will use NAC again.

The appointment was easy to arrange. The engineer arrived on time and he was polite and knowledge. He explained the cause of trouble with my appliance. He was tidy and cleaned up after his work.

Very pleased with the service. Engineer came out promptly and established problem with oven, returning and fitting the new elements a few days later. He was polite and friendly. Call centre staff were very helpful in booking a convenient time for us. Charged the call out fee and parts as advertised which we felt was very reasonable. We would definitely use NAC again and strongly recommend them.

The engineer was very sympathetic when he confirmed that the dishwasher was a rust bucket and beyond repair.

Quickly diagnosed oven problem and he had the spare part in the van so was able to mend the oven straight away!
