First visit was within 48 hours, the brilliant engineer diagnosed the fault quickly and took great care of our appliance. He told us what happens next with the repair and when it would happen – and it did! I can’t recommend NAC highly enough, and the engineer is credit to the company

The company were really professional, we booked and had an engineer sent out the next day. They were really clear about the fee and what it covered, and we were kept up to date about when the engineer would arrive in a two hour window. The engineer (Kingston) was brilliant: knowledgable and reassuring. He fixed our washing machine and offered ideas on how to prevent it breaking again. We will definitely be using them for any future issues.
My initial call was answered promptly and the call centre staff member was clear with the delivery of information about terms and costs which I considered to be reasonable. The system of text and email confirmations was efficient and the engineer was both helpful and friendly; he presented his fault diagnosis and assessment clearly and patiently provided explanations to questions asked.
