Response to a Sunday afternoon online booking was impressive – mobile call about 40 minutes later from engineer to identify himself, confirm the booking details and offer an earlier appointment!
Further texts and calls re the booking were prompt and accurate. Mark arrived at the predicted time, knew the problem and carried out the repair on a large, heavy Rangemaster oven without hesitation or problem. He was friendly and informative about this type of oven. Mark had brought his card reader so I was able to pay by card immediately. Most impressive performance by both NAC and Mark. We’ve kept his business card.

Prompt and efficient service.
Engineer was polite, punctual and quiet.
Overall both visits were very quick.
Job completed and cooker working again.

Great service and friendly engineer

Friendly and comprehensive engineer, talked me through what he was doing explaining everything to my layman level.

I was a little apprehensive as so many dodgy online sights. My washing machine is a Miele, which most companies won’t touch. I can assure people this a legitimate sight and their service is 5 star. Engineer arrived on time and fixed the problem. Would use again without hesitation.

From the moment we contacted NAC until two days later when the engineer arrived the experience was quick and efficient. The engineer diagnosed the problem with our AEG cooker straight away, ordered the part, and fitted it a week later. No fuss!

The engineer was punctual and polite. The online booking service was great and meant that although it was Sunday and they were closed I could still go ahead and book it in. The best thing I can say about this company is that they are clearly trustworthy as both the engineer and the correspondence from the office afterwards told me that it wasn’t financially viable to replace the part and that it would essentially cost the same as replacing the machine. It’s great to find a company like this. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again in future.

I was impressed with this company. They mended a faulty fan oven for us. They kept us informed all the way through the process, so I wasn’t hanging around all day waiting for an engineer. Darren the engineer was efficient , friendly and competent. A nice change! Would recommend.

NAC kept us informed by text and email throughout the process. The engineering was very knowledgeable about our Dishwasher product and quickly diagnosed the fault. The faulty part was ordered and the same engineer came back to fit it.

I alerted NAC on a Friday about a blocked washing machine. They offered an appointment for the following Monday and confirmed it with a time slot on Sunday. The friendly and competent engineer arrived within the time slot and solved the problem, testing the machine afterwards. A standard fee was charged. Fully satisfied! I can recommend them.
