Although the engineer’s arrival was delayed through difficulty on a previous job, he kept us informed and scheduled a new time. He was friendly, polite and kept us informed of the investigative work he was undertaking. Once the fault was found, the engineer explained the repair required and did the necessary work in a clean and methodical manner. An excellent job, very pleased, would recommend

Prompt, efficient service. Found the company online never heard of them before but very impressed with their professionalism. The booking was made immediately and I was kept informed of estimated arrival time. The engineer was on time and quickly identified the problem and ordered parts, returning s week later to complete the repair. Would definitely use this company again.
