Engineer arrived on time, was courteous and honest in assessing no need for parts, but made a couple of minor adjustments and gave advice on ensuring oven ran properly.

Surprised by the service levels ! Phone answered within 2 rings , I didn’t need to repeat / spell out my address etc the call agent was listening , polite and responsive and made it easier . Text and email after the call restating the price . Engineer called within the hour to agree. Day to visit . Engineer stated the time of the day and was helpful and professional . Payment via card . Genuinely surprised that an internet search lead me to an outstanding service !
