We were able to book an appointment within a time frame that suited us at very short notice. The company was amazingly easy and efficient to deal with and the repairman who came was friendly, efficient and did the repair very fast.

The guy doing the repairs, telephoned in the morning after I made the ‘booking’ and said he hoped to arrive between 2 and 6. He came about 2.30 and it was all done by 4.pm. He was helpful and explained everything as we asked.

All the notifications about appointments were efficient. Very competitive pricing for the callout/diagnosis, and you don’t pay any extra for them to come back and fit the required parts. Max, the engineer was a top bloke. In a world where this type of business activity can have a bad reputation, they were brilliant. Would definitely recommend!
