I spoke to Sarah on the phone who was very helpful. Stefan Holub, the engineer arrived quickly, was efficient, he talked us through everything he was doing. Gave me some excellent advice of do’s and don’ts with my washing machine.
Would certainly ask for Stefan again, as I believe he does more than washing machines.

Communications were clear and he turned up when he said he would, tumble dryer is working fine now. From a satisfied customer.

Excellent knowledgeable engineer. He gave us plenty of detailed information regarding the repair to our dishwasher to help us decide whether to continue with repairing the machine or to replace it. We were very pleased with his advice and he left us to make our own decision.

Easy to book on line and quick appointment

I’ve been Googling and reaching out everywhere I know to find an engineer to repair my American Style fridge freezer and found this site that covers my area. Halaluya!!
Once I started the booking process it was very simple to answer the relevant questions they required to assess their ability to repair my fridge. At least that’s how it felt. Very Smooth!
This review is purely for the booking process which I found to b very easy and the real test is the nxt bit “The Repair” nxt Tuesday.
