The engineer turned up between the agreed hours and was polite and knowledgeable. He quoted a price to fit a new programmed main board to our Samsung EcoWash, but the cost was prohibitive.

Engineer very helpful even though there was no hope for our appliance. His professional advise was very much appreciated. Phoned before visit and arrived as promised on time.

Within days of moving into our new home we were very disappointed to find the dishwasher simply would not work. We had no previous experience of NAC but contact with them ensured a swift visit from an engineer. He was prompt and easily rectified whatever it was that was causing the problem – thankfully a new machine was not on the cards!

Engineer sent within a day for oven repair. Friendly competent and responsive. Did a thorough job at reasonable cost. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Reasonable, reliable service. Our engineer who repaired our washing machine was very competent.
It took two visits, one to identify the problem and another to fit the parts.
On both occasions this was not a next or same day service but I never expected that anyway.
