We had never heard of NAC so certainly not used them before. Having rung through to book a call out and whilst everything was explained fully over the phone to us I suppose we were still a little skeptical.
We needn’t have worried, the fitter contacted us the previous day to confirm a rough ETA and upon his arrival we were confident that he knew what he was doing, nothing was rushed and the repair carried out effectively. Thanks

Disaster – washing machine started leaking, do you purchase a new one now a days or get it repaired? A dilemma!
I contacted NAC and an appointment was confirmed for the next day and would include a reasonable call out / labour charge with no time limit as to how long it would take to identify the problem. Within half an hour the engineer had the machine pulled out and sourced the issue. The item required was £60, part ordered and three days later I was back in business ! An excellent service and would defiantly use again. Engineer was first class, knowledgeable and explained everything from start to finish. All tidy and left no mess. A 5* service.

The repair man was prompt polite and efficient, he had our oven doors working perfectly in no time. I have now booked them to sort my freezer out as well.

Appliance problems are thankfully rare but when they do occur it’s great to be able to turn to NAC. A seamless booking process with great availability, and once booked regular updates with confirmation of the date, with engineer confirmation the night before. Skilled engineers can diagnose, fix and generally have parts with them if needed. And then the call itself is warranted for three months if the problem rearises. Great value. Great service.

Good value for money as the payment includes all time required to diagnose and repair machine. You pay for any required parts but as most tradesmen charge for time spent on the job NAC are very fair with their charge for the job. The guy came at time stated and rang me first. We required a new part which he ordered and came back two days later to finish the job. Very clean and dishwasher was refitted without any mess. All in all a very smooth job with plenty of coms. Dishwasher is now working again. Would recommend to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
