Engineer came between times stated and diagnosed the fault quickly. The problem was explained , and solution was given.

Emergency due to washer/dryer flooding kitchen. Within 2 days an engineer was dispatched. Notified of day and window timeframe for arrival, the day before engineer name was confirmed. On the day, notified engineer was on route. Washer/dryer was dismantled and blockage cleared. A great service. Thank you
