The engineer Ben was methodical in identifying the problem with our integrated fridge. He had the necessary spare part in his van and was able to fix the fault promptly. Afterwards Ben gave us good advice on how to get the best of the fridge. We were impressed by his politeness and thorough demeanour

From my first phone call to NAC to the visit next day from Mohammad I received a corteous, friendly and certainly professional response to my request for a potential repair to my aged gas oven and grill having previously been told it would be impossible to repair and better to buy a new built-in oven by three other sources – cost upwards of £1000! I was kept up to date via email and text regarding the engineer’s visit which was carried out by Mohammad most efficiently and can omly commend the Company to anyone who needs an exceptionally easy process from start to finish. I had imagined that my 25 year old Hoover washing machine would be beyond repair, and that parts would be obsolete and unobtainable. After 48 hours I was doing washing again with a ‘running repair’, and following prompt parts delivery over a Bank Holiday weekend I now have brand new carbon brushes in the vintage electric motor!
No further charge apart from the cost of the parts. Excellent service from local engineers.
