Miele dishwasher was not cleaning properly and after following all instructions and online advice I thought it was time to replace but saw NAC online and as the price was reasonable I booked an appointment. The engineer diagnosed a faulty part which was ordered and fitted in 3 weeks and is now working as it should. There are regular updates from booking to fixing and the service could not be better

First time using NAC. We recently moved
house and have a NEF gas Hob. One of the burners wasnt functioning properly and would not stay a light. The engineer communicated beforehand and turned up on time. He was very curteous and efficiently sorted out the problem. We paid the call out charge and nothing more. Whilst £90 might seem expensive it was in my view money worth spending as the hob was well out of warranty. Very happy!
