Prices were clear from the start. I was kept informed of when the engineer would visit. When he did arrive he was polite and efficient. Overall an excellent service.
It was so easy to book with a next day appointment I was a little suspicious I had been scammed! But no, they turned up first thing, diagnosis the fault with the neff oven, as was a non stocked part they came back as promised to fit all within the original price (plus the part which was a fair price). Great service… Couldn’t recommend enough!

Excellent service oven engineer found fault with oven you pay one call out charge. Nac ordered new part same engineer returned fitted part no extra fee. Would highly recommend.
