Securing an engineer through a third party could be a risk, however the experience was excellent. Pricing was clearly explained and better value than other companies i have used before. The engineer arrived on time, having sent a message 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, friendly and professional. The work was clearly explained, completed to a high standard and finished off nice and tidy in good time.
Great fast service, engineer great, part ordered and fitted with in a week.

Communication from this company was 1st class from booking an appointment to the engineers visit.
They told me engineer would be intouch the next day and he was andy was brilliant really pleasant and helpful they had to order the part i needed for the washing machine and told me he would be back in a few days and he was so delighted and the cost was really good also i will be keeping there info for future work if needed keep up the good work guys
This service impressed me with their clear, effective and timely communication. Every step of the process was simply explained. The engineer was professional and efficient and did a good job fixing my washer-dryer. I liked the 8.00am visit as it left me the rest of the morning free of hanging about. I requested an early visit, so again impressed that this was accommodated. I would enthusiastically recommend this company and use them again.

Response to a Sunday afternoon online booking was impressive – mobile call about 40 minutes later from engineer to identify himself, confirm the booking details and offer an earlier appointment!
Further texts and calls re the booking were prompt and accurate. Mark arrived at the predicted time, knew the problem and carried out the repair on a large, heavy Rangemaster oven without hesitation or problem. He was friendly and informative about this type of oven. Mark had brought his card reader so I was able to pay by card immediately. Most impressive performance by both NAC and Mark. We’ve kept his business card.
