Engineer arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. Parts arrived in a reasonable time and the repair was completed quickly. Engineer friendly and knowledgeable.

The engineer came out promptly and quickly assessed the problem with our washing machine and ordered the part needed. It came within a few days and the engineer called to fit it. Unfortunately that fix uncovered a bigger problem and we ended up replacing the washing machine. The engineer that called was very friendly and polite and explained what he was doing, and I’d be happy to recommend them.
