Easy booking process, and they were able to do a same day visit. The Technician was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The follow by the office was very prompt, and they explained in detail the situation and possible ways to resolve the problem. There were no hidden charges or surprises, and I through the service fee was good.

My Oven stopped heating, blown element. Arranged a visit for the next day. The engineer was prompt and thoroughly checked the appliance. Sadly didn’t have the part on his van so had to order parts in. Although it took a week, he returned and fixed the oven. Overall happy with the service.

When my cooker started flashing an error code, I really though that I was going to have to replace it. But having read reviews from other people I decide to make a booking with the team and I seriously cannot fault them. The booking was straightforward online. The office team were quick to follow up and keep us informed of the progress with parts and technician visits. The technicians were knowledgeable and worked diligently assessing, ordering and repairing my cooker. Teamwork is a key factor in the success of repairing my oven and I really can’t thank them enough, I strongly recommend this company.

Tumble with broken heater, initial call out cost quoted upfront and we were then only charged for the part that was needed, second visit to fit was included in the original charge. Very nice people to deal with and kept us informed throughout. Would use again
