Really impressed with the efficiency and handling of my call to this company, which was previously
unknown to me, regarding a washing machine repair. Daniel who repaired my machine was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend this company.
I really liked the book online system that showed when I could get guarantee a date I could be at home. The engineer came within the time slot and was polite, tidy and performed the repair quickly.
Having already pre-paid for the call out meant the charge on the day was only for the part required and therefore was good value.
Excellent service from start to finish. Despite the fact that our machine had a very unusual problem which the engineer hadn’t actually seen before, it was all sorted out and fixed very quickly, with zero drama. Also quickly diagnosed and fixed was another problem with the machine, seemingly caused by an engineer from another company…

It was so easy!! I rang and discussed the fault and was advised that an engineer would be with us the next day and he was!! He arrived when he say he would and after thoroughly examining our washing machine we all agreed that it wasn’t financially viable to have it fixed. Although we had to pay the call out fee at least we now knew what was wrong with it.
We would definitely use NAC again in the future as their service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

From the moment I called NAC customer service listened to what I said and listened to the fridge/freezer noise down the phone. The engineer was great, he kept me in the loop even though the part was delivered late due to transit issues. All working, fingers crossed that all is well for many years to come.
