We found the company easy to use and very efficient. Came out the next day, found the fault with our grill and ordered the part in. Offered to come back the day the part came but wasn’t convenient for me so I was able to pick a day. Received text up dates on timings of visit.

My cooker hood decided to have a mind of its own and would just come on for no reason and wouldn’t shut off. Contacted NAC and an engineer (Max Pryke) came the next day found the fault straight away and ordered the component . Once he received the offending part we were informed that he would be arriving between a certain time (which he did) and fixed the hood (happy days). The whole procedure went very smoothly and have NO hesitation in recommending NAC. A special Thank you to Max for a good professional job done.
Found NAC on a google search when our oven had an issue. Was able to select a preferred day when booking & had email/txt confirming as well as a night before txt and 30min ‘on my way’. Repairer was friendly, polite and explained what he was doing throughout. Great service & would highly recommend

Set up was very quick, engineer called on me following morning, did exhaustive diagnosis. Work was completed by noon……all in just over 12 hours from noticing that dish washer not operating and asking for engineer.
