Excellent from start to finish. Nathan, the engineer, provided exceptional service – extremely polite, friendly and professional.
Within a very short time after the engineer arrived, he discovered the problem and ordered a replacement part right away. When the new part arrived he fitted it into the cooker and now it is as good as new.

So, we had a problem with our fridge freezer and we’ve been recommended an engineer. He came and did a bad job. Then we found this company and they send Mark Lang. He quickly diagnosed the issue and solved the problem. I strongly recommend him and definitely contact him in the future.

We used NAC before to fix our oven and the engineer came in on xmas eve to repair it which saved our xmas dinner. It was fast, quick & good value for money service.
We used NAC again to fix our washing machine. Again the service was excellent – quick turnaround appointment , no hidden fees and the engineer Alasdair went above and beyond to try to fix it the same day and eventually replaced it with the new one. Alasdair supplied, delivered, installed new washing machine the very next day and even removed the old one. Really appreciated he managed to get us back and running in no time, hassle free. Thank you!
