Staff on ‘phone were most helpful in organising the engineer to attend to my to see to my faulty freezer. The engineer attended on time and was very courteous. The advice that the engineer and subsequent e-mail from NAC was very consecutive, To put your mind at rest, I would certainly recommend NAC.
