The engineer arrived on time and very quickly identified the fault with our fridge freezer. He explained very clearly the nature of the fault and that it was beyond repair.

Very good service . Engineer came the same afternoon that I phoned, diagnosed the problem and when the part was available the same engineer then text to arrange a convenient day to repair. All very easy and efficient. No hesitation in recommending to others.
