From the call with the NAC telephone staff to the completion of the repair, everything went as planned. The engineer was clearly familiar with Rangemaster and identified the issue promptly. Happy to answer questions and provide advice. Communication by E-mail good and provision of a mobile contact for the engineer was very helpful. Would use this company again. Thanks.

Was helpful and polite, and after a inspection of the faulty washing machine was recommended in buying a new one. As the washing machine had a small crack in the drum, and the cost of a new drum was over £300 to replace.

Chris turned up on time, was pleasant and polite, and he fixed the problem. What more do you need? We didn’t feel overcharged. We’d half expected to need a new machine so we’re delighted to get more time out of this one.
