I contacted NAC online on a Sunday regarding a leaking fridge. An engineer contacted me the following day. They came quickly and fixed the problem within an hour. It cost £90 as advised and everything was resolved. I was very happy with the efficiency of the service. I would just say that maybe the engineer didn’t clean up after himself as much as I would have liked but it only took me 10 mins to wipe over the inside of the fridge and clean out my sink. It wouldn’t stop me rebooking.
