Rang NAC when fridge just stopped working, spoke to a real person and engineer Steven came when promised, messaged to say on his way. Part had to be ordered and we were kept informed and notified with engineers visit arranged promptly. Very helpful, friendly service,

We found the company easy to use and very efficient. Came out the next day, found the fault with our grill and ordered the part in. Offered to come back the day the part came but wasn’t convenient for me so I was able to pick a day. Received text up dates on timings of visit.
