My 5 yr old fridge freezer was not reaching correct temperature, so called an engineer who came out the following day. Unfortunately it had run out of gas and there were also other problems which would have been costly to fix.
The engineer gave an honest opinion about options, and recommended brands.
He was very polite, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company. I have now purchased a replacement, which I am happy with.
