Great service just before Christmas. I called NAC for an urgent dishwasher repair a few days before Christmas, not really expecting it to be possible at that time of year. An engineer called me back a few hours later to confirm he could come before Christmas. He turned up on time and fixed the dishwasher within 30 minutes – professional and friendly throughout. A huge relief as I was in trouble with my wife for breaking it at the worst time of year!

The repair man (Conor) was excellent. Identified the problem, ordered the parts and was still working at 11pm on 23rd December to make sure all his customers were sorted for Christmas. Old fashioned service which you don’t see so often these days.

I phoned in desperation having been let down by other providers. The response on the phone was not only immediate but reassuring, pleasant and an engineer booked immediately. He contacted me and true to his word arrived, set to work and solved the problem! Saving Christmas! Thank you for the superb teamwork .

Kieran was brilliant, explained what the issues were and what the options were for repair. Brilliant service and definitely recommend.

Easy to book. Great communication. Did the job quickly. Reasonably priced. I would definitely use again.

Great fast service delivered and installed on the same day

Needed a repair to my oven 6 days before Xmas, rang sooo many Gas Safe people and was told “do not repair ovens” then I rang NEC, WOW so glad I did. AJ came to my property the next day and the repair was done in 20 mins, very professional, very polite. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Prompt service with an effective system for alerting us to the anticipated times of visits. Good access to spare parts.

Steve was on time, with great communication.
He examined and tested many parts of the machine,
he was very professional and friendly to his credit.
Unfortunately the diagnosis was terminal and we had to say goodbye to our old friend Smeg.
Joking apart a positive experience and would definitely use again.
