I had a clear and helpful call to ask for help with my oven. The cost was explained and also the process for getting an engineer to come to look at it. The engineer phoned about 10 minutes later to fix a time to come and sort it out. I found this a reassuring experience.

At 81 years of age, the easier it is to source top class service, the better. From start to finish NAC made what was a mini disaster to us with a broken washing machine an uncomplicated and straight forward event. Tele Sales and Engineers were prompt, pleasant and very efficient. Thank you we now have a perfectly good working Washing Machine. Delighted to recommend NAC to anyone.
