Great service, from the courteous lady who took my original call and arranged the appointment to the knowledgeable engineer who came to mend my washing machine. Communication excellent throughout.

Great service

Excellent service. I was given an appointment two days after my call. The engineer arrived a bit later than he had estimated but he quickly diagnosed and sorted out the problem and also cleared a blockage in the freezer which I hadn’t spotted. He was polite and helpful. I just paid the call out charge. Would recommend and use this company again.

We have always had quick and efficient service from this company, having used them 3 our 4 times before. Theiy have a good old fashioned friendly approach to the business, which is so refreshing these days.

F/F poss. repair. Very friendly and informative guy. He came at the scheduled time and explained what was wrong, but sadly it was impossible to repair. The gas leak was buried well inside the unit. Considering its age, he recommended I replace it. The only other option was to re-gas the fridge part. But he said something along the lines of “As there is already a pre-existing leak, even if he re-gassed it, at some cost, sadly he could not give any g/tee because of the leak. It was impossible to tell how long it would last, it could last a month, a week or just a couple of days.” No contest. Replace it. Many thanks.
